In the past I’ve shared no-bake options, but today it’s all about no-cook meals. Made with only the simplest of prepping items that can all be found at your local Kroger or Fred Meyers grocery store. This is perfect for college students, busy parents or even back-to-school kiddos. Of course I’m sure they’re not allowed to take glass jars to school, you can take inspiration and prep in whatever receptacle is allowed.
When consuming a plant-based meal, it’s important to remember that vegetables are nutrient-dense but very low in calories. Which is why you’ll notice these meals are all quart sized. The reason being, you need more volume in order to keep you satisfied for multiple hours. Yay for more food! But seriously, I know if might look like I lot of food to some of you, feel free to make pint jars if that’s more your style. I personally need the volume to feel sustained for more than two hours. I wanted to mention that briefly for anyone unsure. Definitely don’t feel pressured to eat all five in a single day. This post is meant to show you easy options for prepping ahead that save you time and money.
I’m excited to say this is actually a collaboration with Brianna from PLVNT. We’ve teamed up to share ten super yummy recipes that you can mix and match to prep ahead.
