OMG these cookie dough bites… seriously OMG!!! Haha, these are to die for and I’m not just saying that. Make them even smaller and they’re AMAZING in banana no-cream ice cream. Tomorrow I’ll be sharing another variation that is just as incredible, if not more so! 😀 So stay tuned, hope you enjoy<3
Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Bites
1 cup Cashews
1 1/2 tbsp Agave (any liquid sweetener)
1 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine cashews and agave.
Blend/pulse till smooth and malleable.
Pinch marble-sized amounts and roll, they don’t have to be perfect – you’ll roll again next.
On a small plate measure your coconut palm sugar and cinnamon.
Re-roll each dough ball till fully coated.
Pop them in the freezer and chill for 1-2 hours.
Serve cold, enjoy!
