I have no idea why I don’t share more cookies recipes, these are my favorite ones right now! So easy to throw together and perfect for prepping ahead and letting chill in the fridge till you’re ready to bake. These are also completely unconventional, because I use garbanzo bean flour. They’re incredibly chewy and full of rich flavor. Please give these a try! If you don’t use protein powders, you can substitute in cacao/carob powder, using 1/3 cup instead of 1/2.
