I haven’t shared a snack prep in forever! Here I’m using my beloved BNTO adaptors from Cuppow. These are phenomenal for meal prepping and lets face it, they’re freaking adorable!
This is just one of the many ways I use my BNTOs for prepping food ahead of time. Hope you enjoy this recipe. More info on Cuppow and food prepping can be found here and here.
Caramel Overnight Chia Oats
(Yields 1 1/2 pints – divided into 3 pint jars)
Mix everything till evenly combined.
Pour evenly into 3 pint-sized glass mason jars.
Stir and serve cold.
Top with your favorite nuts and/or dried fruits.
I leave room to store a Cuppow BNTO on top with extras to mix in, like pecans or dried figs.
These can last at least a week safely in the fridge but I try to only prep for 3 days at a time, max. I prefer fresher, but whatever works for you is great!
