I’m honestly so in love with this combo, it’s so creamy and delicious. I have a feeling this will become my new favorite green smoothie to start the day. It’s a fantastic meal replacer for breakfast or lunch. Super quick and easy, who doesn’t love a refreshing drink that not only satisfies your hunger but requires such little clean up afterwards?!
- 2 cups Mango, frozen
- 2 cups Spinach, organic
- 1½ cups Coconut Water, chilled
- 3 Dates, pitted & soaked overnight
- Measure and blend all of your ingredients together till evenly combined.
- Pour into a quart-sized mason jar and top with extra frozen mango chunks & shredded coconut (optional).
- Drink immediately!
